The S26KL512SDABHV030 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation. It achieves up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 1.8 V, with 96 ns initial random access and 166 MHz max clock. Key features include a 512-byte program buffer, ECC, CRC, advanced sector protection, and low-power modes.
