The S25FL256SDSBHV200 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad modes, including DDR operation up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 cycle endurance, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C.
