S26HL512TFPBHM010 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash for automotive embedded code and data storage. It uses a HYPERBUS™ interface at up to 166 MHz DDR (333 MByte/s) on 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and operates from -40°C to 125°C. Built-in ECC (SECDED), interface and data-integrity CRC, and SafeBoot support ISO 26262-compliant designs. It is RoHS/halogen-free and planned available to 2037 in a 24-ball BGA.
