Designed for functional safety with ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, it features embedded ECC for error detection and correction and Endurance Flex architecture for customizable endurance and retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to 125°C, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
