CY7C4122KV13-933FCXI is a 144-Mbit QDR-IV XP synchronous SRAM (8M × 18) with dual independent bidirectional DDR data ports (A and B) controlled by a common DDR address bus and SDR controls. It supports a total random transaction rate of 1866 MT/s with 933 MHz max frequency, 8-cycle read latency and 5-cycle write latency, and an eight-bank architecture for one access per bank per cycle.
