It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, plus DDR modes up to 133 MHz for read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced security features, AEC-Q100 qualification, and a wide temperature range up to 125°C for automotive and industrial use.
