CY7C2665KV18-550BZI is a 144-Mbit QDR II+ synchronous pipelined SRAM in 4M × 36, with separate read and write DDR ports to eliminate bus turnaround. It runs up to 550 MHz (1100 MHz data transfer) with 2.5-cycle read latency (DOFF high), echo clocks (CQ/CQ) and QVLD for data capture, and on-die termination. Core VDD is 1.7–1.9 V and VDDQ is 1.4 V to VDD. Industrial temp range -40 to +85°C.
