It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR up to 80 MHz for read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention and 100,000-cycle endurance.
