The S25FL128SAGNFI003 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It delivers up to 52 MBps (Quad, 104 MHz) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz) read speeds, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O voltage, and supports extended addressing. Typical uses include code shadowing, XIP, and data storage in automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
