CY62157EV30LL-45ZXI is an 8-Mbit (512K × 16) CMOS static SRAM for portable and embedded designs, configurable as 512K × 16 or 1M × 8 (TSOP I with BYTE). It operates from 2.20 V to 3.60 V with 45 ns access time and automatic power-down/standby when deselected. Typical current is 6 mA at 1 MHz and 2 µA standby (8 µA max, Industrial). It is supplied in a Pb-free 48-pin TSOP I package.
