The CY15B108QN-20LPXIT is an 8-Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 1024K × 8 organization and high-speed SPI interface up to 40 MHz. It offers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 70°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, it features low power consumption, advanced write protection, a 256-byte special sector, and unique device identification in an 8-pin GQFN package.
