The CY15B108QN-20LPXI is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 1024K × 8 and supporting up to 20 MHz operation. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance with 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features low active current, advanced write protection, unique device and serial IDs, and a 256-byte special sector. The 8-pin GQFN package is RoHS compliant.
