The CY15B108QI-20LPXI is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI up to 20 MHz and virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, offering 151-year data retention at 60°C. Typical active current is 1.3 mA at 20 MHz, standby as low as 3.5 µA. Hardware and software write protection, unique device ID, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector enhance reliability. RoHS compliant.
