The CY15B104QN-50LPXIT is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) organized as 512K × 8, with a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features instant nonvolatile writes, advanced write protection, device and unique serial IDs, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector.
