The CY15B104QN-20LPXIT is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with 512K × 8 organization, accessed via high-speed SPI up to 50 MHz. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it enables instant nonvolatile writes at bus speed, advanced write protection, and low standby current for reliable data storage in industrial environments.
