It offers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features instant non-volatile writes at bus speed, advanced write protection, ultra-low power, and an 8-pin GQFN package.
