The CY15B102QN-50SXI is a 2Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 256K × 8 and supporting up to 50 MHz clock. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V in an 8-pin SOIC package, it offers 10^15 read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 60°C, and instant non-volatile writes. Low active (2.4 mA typ at 40 MHz) and standby (2.6 µA typ) currents enable energy-efficient designs. Ideal for high-reliability industrial controls and data logging.
