It runs from 2.20 V to 3.60 V over −40°C to +85°C and uses automatic CE power-down to cut standby current to 2.5 µA typical (7 µA max). Typical active current is 3.5 mA at 1 MHz; ICC is 15 mA typical at fmax. Outputs support VOH 2.4 V at −1.0 mA (VCC > 2.70 V). Pb-free 36-ball VFBGA package.
