It uses registered inputs/outputs and a 2-bit internal burst counter to support 3-1-1-1 accesses with user-selectable linear or interleaved sequences. It operates from 3.135 V to 3.6 V VDD with 2.5 V or 3.3 V VDDQ I/O, and supports bus clocks up to 250 MHz (3.0 ns access) in a 165-ball FBGA industrial package.
