Active current is 1.6 mA typ at 1 MHz (2.5 mA max) and 13 mA typ at fmax (18 mA max). Automatic power-down cuts standby to 1 µA typ (5 µA max) when deselected, and a byte enable supports ×8/×16 operation. Pb-free 48-ball VFBGA.
