CY14B116S-BZ25XIT is a 16-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 512K × 32, combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40 to 85°C and performs automatic STORE on power-down with a 19.8–82.0 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. 25 ns access in a 165-ball FBGA enables nonvolatile data logging and state retention for industrial systems.
