CY14B116N-ZSP45XI is a 16-Mbit nvSRAM (1024K × 16) combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C and performs automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be started by software or the HSB pin. Rated for 1,000,000 STORE cycles and 20-year retention, it is offered as a 54-pin TSOP II with 45 ns access.
