The CY14B116N-Z45XI is a 16-Mbit nvSRAM (1024K × 16) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It performs automatic AutoStore on power-down using a 19.8–82.0 µF VCAP capacitor and supports software- or HSB-pin STORE/RECALL. Rated for 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, –40 to 85°C operation, 45 ns access, 75 mA max active current, and 1 million STORE cycles with 20-year data retention.
