CY14B116N-BZ25XI is a 16‑Mbit nvSRAM organized as 1024K × 16 SRAM with embedded QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per bit. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to 85°C and supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a 19.8 µF to 82.0 µF VCAP capacitor. STORE/RECALL can also be initiated by software or the HSB pin, with 20-year data retention and 1,000,000 STORE cycles. The BZ25 option is 25 ns in a 165‑ball FBGA.
