CY14B116L-ZS25XI is a 16-Mbit parallel nvSRAM (2048K × 8) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for instant, nonvolatile data capture. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C and supports 25 ns access. AutoStore writes SRAM to nonvolatile memory on power-down using a 19.8–82.0 µF VCAP capacitor; STORE/RECALL are also controlled by software or the HSB pin.
