CY14B116L-Z45XIT is a 16-Mbit (2048K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to 85°C and supports 45 ns access. AutoStore saves SRAM to nonvolatile memory on power-down using a 19.8 µF to 82.0 µF VCAP capacitor, then RECALL restores data on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be triggered by software or HSB. It supports 1,000,000 STORE cycles and 20-year retention.
