CY14B108N-ZSP45XIT is an 8-Mbit (512 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, with 45 ns access time. Data is automatically STORED on power-down via a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up, with software- and pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. It supports 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year retention.
