The CY14B108N-BA25XIT is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 512 K × 16 with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and provides hands-off AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Rated 25 ns access in a 48-ball FBGA, with 1 million STORE cycles, 20-year data retention, and a required 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor.
