The CY14B108M-ZSP45XIT is an 8-Mbit (512 K × 16) nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up or by software. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports 45 ns access, 1,000 K STORE cycles, 20-year retention, and a 150 µF (typ) VCAP for AutoStore in a 54-pin TSOP II.
