CY14B108L-ZS25XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (1024 K × 8) combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports 25 ns access. AutoStore saves SRAM to nonvolatile memory on power-down using a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor, while STORE/RECALL can also be triggered by software or the HSB pin. Data retention is 20 years, with 1,000 K STORE cycles, over -40 to 85°C.
