CY14B108L-ZS20XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (1024 K × 8) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage, automatically STOREing data on power-down and RECALLing on power-up. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports 20 ns access, and is rated for 1,000 K STORE cycles with 20-year retention. A 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor supports AutoStore. It comes in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
