CY14B104M-ZSP25XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, organized as 256 K × 16 in a 54-pin TSOP II. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over −40°C to +85°C and delivers 25 ns SRAM access. QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells enable AutoStore on power-down using a VCAP capacitor and RECALL on power-up, rated for 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year data retention for event logging and parameter storage.
