CY14B104M-ZSP25XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (256 K × 16) with an integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C and supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down plus hardware/software STORE and RECALL. The -ZSP25 option is a 54-pin TSOP II with 25 ns access and uses a 68 uF VCAP (61 uF min) for the STORE energy.
