CY14B104LA-ZS25XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (512K × 8) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C and supports 25 ns access. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using an external 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up; infinite reads/writes plus up to 1 million STORE cycles and 20-year retention.
