CY14B104LA-ZS25XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (512K × 8) with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage, combining SRAM-speed reads/writes with nonvolatile backup. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C with 25 ns access. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 68 µF (61–180 µF) VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be software- or pin-initiated, with 20-year retention.
