CY14B104LA-BA45XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (512K × 8) with embedded QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supports 45 ns access time. Data is automatically STOREd on power-down using an external 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLed on power-up, with software-controlled STORE/RECALL options. Rated for 20-year retention and 1M STORE cycles.
