CY14B104LA-BA25XI is a 4-Mbit parallel nvSRAM (512K × 8) that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C and offers 25 ns access in a 48-ball FBGA package. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a small VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be initiated by software or device pin.
