It supports 10 ns access time, operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C, and offers automatic CE power-down (ISB2 typ 20 mA) plus 1.0 V data retention. This 48-ball Pb-free VFBGA device uses dual chip enables and places address MSB A19 at ball H6 for bus compatibility.
