CY62167G30-45ZXIT is a 16-Mbit MoBL SRAM (1M × 16 or 2M × 8) with embedded ECC for single-bit error correction and a 45 ns access time. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Automatic power-down cuts standby current to 5.5 µA typ (16 µA max) and ICC to 29 mA typ (36 mA max) at 22.22 MHz, in a 48-pin TSOP I with BHE/BLE byte writes.
