CY62167G-45BVXI is a 16-Mbit (1M × 16 or 2M × 8) asynchronous CMOS SRAM with embedded ECC for single-bit error correction. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V with 45 ns access time in a 48-ball VFBGA package. Industrial range operation is -40°C to 85°C. Standby current is 5.5 µA typical (16 µA max) with automatic power-down and byte power-down when BHE and BLE are disabled, regardless of chip enable state.
