CY62167EV30LL-45ZXIT is a 16-Mbit (1M × 16/2M × 8) CMOS SRAM for 3 V systems, operating from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C. It supports 45 ns access and provides CE1/CE2 chip enables, OE, and BHE/BLE byte enables for read/write control and easy memory expansion. Typical ICC is 29 mA at fmax and 7 mA at 1 MHz; standby is 1.5 µA typ with automatic power-down when addresses are not toggling.
