CY7C1380KV33-167AXC is an 18-Mbit synchronous pipelined SRAM organized as 512K × 36 with a 2-bit internal burst counter. It supports registered inputs/outputs for 3-1-1-1 burst accesses at up to 167 MHz (3.4 ns access). The device uses 3.135 V to 3.6 V VDD and 2.375 V to 3.6 V VDDQ I/O, includes ZZ sleep and IEEE 1149.1 JTAG boundary scan, and is offered in a Pb-free 100-pin TQFP (commercial).
