CY14B101Q2A-SXIT

The CY14B101Q2A-SXIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software STORE/RECALL, for nonvolatile data without write delays. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40 to 85°C, supports 40 MHz SPI (modes 0 and 3), and specifies 20-year retention with 1,000K STORE cycles.
