CY14B101J2-SXIT

The CY14B101J2-SXIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for data retention without backup power. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to 85°C, supports I2C clock rates up to 3.4 MHz with zero-cycle-delay reads/writes, and performs AutoStore on power-down using the VCAP pin. Software STORE/RECALL and WP hardware write protection are supported.
