CY62157GE30-45ZXIT is an 8-Mbit (512K × 16) CMOS MoBL SRAM with embedded ECC that detects and corrects single-bit errors and provides an ERR indicator output. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V with 45 ns access time, and supports ultra-low standby with 1.4 µA typical and 6.5 µA max automatic power-down at 85°C. Dual chip enables and byte write enables support flexible memory access.
