The S29GL256S10TFIV20 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, 90 ns random access, and 15 ns page mode reads. With a 512-byte programming buffer, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and AEC-Q100 qualification, it supports -40°C to +105°C operation, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year data retention for robust embedded and automotive use.
