The S29GL256S10TFIV10 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory device with a 16-bit data bus and versatile I/O voltage range from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It delivers random access times down to 90 ns and page access as low as 15 ns. Buffer programming up to 512 bytes at 1.5 MBps, uniform 128-kbyte sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles provide reliability for embedded and automotive-grade systems.
