BTF6070-2ERV is a 60mΩ dual channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-TDSO-14, Exposed Pad package, with protective functions & diagnosis

The BTF6070-2ERV is ISO26262 qualified (ASIL B) and ideal for safety-critical applications like braking systems (ABS, ESP). The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. The device is integrated in Smart6 HV technology. It is specially designed to drive Valve Applications in the harsh automotive environment. For lighting applications the nominal bulb load of P10W+P5W 24V or P10W 12V is considered.
