XENSIV™ - TLE4959-5U magnetic speed sensor, Hall based with high magnetic sensitivity

Infineon's XENSIV TLE4959-5U magnetic sensor, designed for automotive use, comes in a RoHs compliant four-pin package. Recommended capacitors enhance EMC robustness, and in 12V applications, a serial resistor RSupply protects the supply line. For proper operation, a mandatory pull-up resistor RLoad on the output pin controls the maximum current through the output transistor. A 1.2 kΩ value is advised for 5 V applications.
