The TLE9252VLC is a transceiver designed for HS CAN networks with Flexible Data-rate up to 5 Mbit/s in automotive and industrial applications.

Transceiver compliant with ISO11898-2 and SAEJ2284-4/-5. TLE9252VLC offers optimized Bus Wake-up Pattern (WUP) function (0.5μs < tFilter< 1.8μs). Modes optimized for reduced current consumption: Normal-operating, Sleep, Stand-by. Sleep Mode (< 25μA) detects Wake-Up Pattern on HS CAN bus. VIO enables 3.3V/5V microcontroller interfaces. TLE9252VSK: DSO-14, TLE9252VLC: leadless TSON-14 with LTI for AOI. Ideal for space-constrained applications.
